Diageo Great Britain welcomes most of the Nicholson recommendations, which are now forming the basis of the Licensing (Scotland) bill.
As a supplier with no retail outlets, not all of the recommendations apply to Diageo Great Britain, but we particularly support the call for moves to tackle irresponsible promotions with national Scottish guidelines, calls for no proof, no sale controls and improved training.
