Labour peer attacks justice bill
A Labour peer and QC says that the government's plans to reform the criminal justice system are a "confidence trick".
Baroness Helena Kennedy told GMTV's Sunday Programme that ministers are planning to do something "quite frightening" to civil liberties by "tinkering" with fundamental tenets of the legal system.
