Animal rights activists may sue drug test group

Animal rights campaigners are threatening court action against Huntingdon Life Sciences for breaches of company law.

Following advice form human rights lawyers, Matrix, animal rights campaigners have written to trade secretary, Patricia Hewitt, urging action over the company's failure to call an annual shareholder's meeting within 15 months of its last one.
