MP Congratulates Local Schools On Their Performance

Denis MacShane MP for Rotherham has congratulated the secondary schools in his Rotherham constituency on their magnificent progress at Key stage 3.

MacShane said ”The 2005 Secondary School (Key stage 3) Achievement and Attainment Tables, published this week show that secondary schools are delivering for Rotherham. Wingfield School has shown a massive improvement and deserves to be named one of the best improved schools in the country. I want to thank all the people who work in our schools, teaching and non teaching staff as well as pupils and their parents for all their hard work and support to achieve the improvements year on year”.
