Newsletter
The MRC’s newsletter – Network – is for anyone who has an interest in the work of the MRC, including Government departments and parliamentarians. It provides a quick, easy-to-read summary of activities across the MRC, from research news through to funding, grant schemes and policy issues, with pointers to more in-depth information on websites and in other publications.

  Our strategic plan builds on our Vision for the Future published in 2003. It sets out our research priorities and other corporate objectives, and illustrates how the MRC will apply key policies when taking these forward.
  

Research reviews
The MRC occasionally provides expert advice on specific topics as part of its work with Government, the health service, other public bodies, and charitable and international organisations.

Submissions to Parliament
As the UK's main body for the public funding of basic and applied medical research and research training, the MRC frequently submits evidence to inquiries and consultations by Government departments, Select Committees of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, and to other organisations.
