  he Church of Scientology International European Public Affairs and Human Rights Office is a resource and focal point for those seeking to help their communities. The facility presents workable answers to the problems facing society in the fields of religion, human rights and social betterment, and is designed for active use so that it is a source for continued positive change throughout Europe and the world.
The Office for Public Affairs and Human Rights is publishing a series of brochures and web sites on the Scientology religion and its activities. Twelve in all, these brochures will be widely distributed in 8 European languages and put online — one each month — throughout the year.
