A British citizen who lost 10 of his relatives in a misdirected missile attack on a house in Iraq is to sue the government for unlawful killing.

Mazin Hamoodi, a Manchester businessman whose mother, sister, nephews and nieces were among the victims, is taking the civil action against the Ministry of Defence.
