Home Office warns on 'joined-up' government
The Home Office has claimed that Labour is still far from achieving its aim of delivering "cost-effective and efficient" government.
"We hear a lot about joined-up government and we have got better at it, but there is a long way to go. Joint working should also mean pooling of funds," says a paper produced by the department.
