Civil servant slams 'sexist' dress code

The Department of Work and Pensions will claim today its formal dress code is not sexist.

A male employee of a JobCentre Plus office in Stockport will claim at an employment tribunal in Manchester that he has endured sexual discrimination because of the department's demands that he wear a tie.
