Smith reveals drive to end incapacity culture
Work and pensions secretary Andrew Smith has unveiled a £100 million scheme to get disabled people back to work.
The new scheme will apply "tough love" in a bid to get people off incapacity benefit and into work.
He also announced that the single state pension will rise by £2 a week next year.
