The Institute of Directors have published a study revealing the "myths" surrounding work in the UK and the "highly tendentious work-life balance agenda".

The IOD study, "The work-life balance... and all that: the re-regulation of the labour market", argue that Labour has "demonised" the workplace and family-friendly policies are at risk damaging the job prospects of women the government is trying to help.
