PM to defend Stockholm reforms
Tony Blair will defend progress made at the Stockholm EU summit in the Commons today.
The PM will say that reforms will benefit UK consumers, markets and jobs.
European leaders agreed to speed up legislation on financial services but failed to agree on the key areas of energy liberalisation or an EU-wide patent.
