Interbrew considers legal challenge over Bass decision

Belgian-based Interbrew, the second largest brewing group in the world, is considering legal action after the DTI ordered them to sell-off Bass Brewers, which it bought for £2.3 billion last year.

The Competition Commission had found that the purchase created a duopoly between Interbrew and Scottish and Newcastle at the expense of competition in the industry.
