Public policy
Public policy
The CIPD aims to influence public policy in people management and development related fields. We use our research and members' professional experience to develop pragmatic, rather than political, views. This often means explaining the practical effects of adopting one particular method rather than another.
Our public policy work includes responding to government consultations, entering into ongoing discussions with key civil servants and policy makers, and participating in advisory groups/bodies.
Would you like to keep up to date with public policy issues? We produce a public policy newsletter that covers our current public policy activity.
