We have in house expertise in the design, implementation and analysis of postal, telephone and 'face-to-face' customer surveys - feeding back in the form of newsletters, information leaflets and brochures. Our Isle of Wight contract has seen Biffa set up Community Advisory Groups allowing residents to contribute their views and influence the way that we do things.
