Voice raises concerns over TAs and cover

Philip Parkin, General Secretary of Voice: the union for education professionals, was interviewed on BBC Breakfast, 06.40, 19 June 2008, about the union’s concerns that teaching assistants are being forced to undertake tasks, such as cover, that are outside their job description and against government guidance.
