The budget and IHT  -  PFS one-day conferences

The Personal Finance Society today announced that it is running a series of one-day technical conferences to enable members to be fully briefed about the latest Budget related IHT changes.

The conference programme will be:

  • a review of existing IHT arrangements;
  • a review of the Finance Bill and its impact on existing arrangements;
  • what to do about existing trust and will arrangements;
  • new trust arrangements;
  • the outlook for and structure of wills post Finance Act 2006;
  • the role of the specialist adviser in the IHT market, now and in the future.

The sessions will take place in the following locations:

Bristol               6 June 2006
Birmingham       8 June 2006
London              27 June 2006
Leeds               11 July 2006
Manchester       12 July 2006
Edinburgh          20 July 2006
