Press Release
NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition 2007
Serving patients and the community
20-22 June 2007 - ExCeL, London
The NHS Confederation's annual conference and exhibition bridges the gap between day-to-day reality and the politicians' vision for the future of the National Health Service. Themed this year around serving patients and the community, the event will deliver a programme that is relevant to every sector and stakeholder in the health service. Delegates will have the opportunity to listen to inspiring, entertaining and insightful speakers including Rt Hon David Cameron MP, Leader of the Opposition; Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt MP, Secretary of State for Health; Sir Gerry Robinson, businessman and presenter of the TV show "Can Gerry Robinson fix the NHS?"; Jonathon Porritt, Chairman, Sustainable Development Commission; and David Nicholson, Chief Executive of the NHS.
