Weaver Vale is a new seat made up of areas which were previously in Tatton, Warrington South, Eddisbury and Halton. It spreads from Runcorn New Town in the North to Northwich and covers Parts of Runcorn, Moore, Daresbury, Preston Brook, Aston, Frodsham, Helsby, Alvanley, Dutton, Weaverham, Kingsley, Manley, Norley, Sutton Weaver, Acton Bridge, Crowton, Northwich and Hartford.
It is a mixed constituency with large rural areas combined with urban areas containing some pockets of severe deprivation.
It falls within the jurisdiction of Cheshire County Council and the Borough Councils of Halton and Vale Royal.
