- Village Surgeries are held six times a year and constituents will be notified of when and where they will take place.
- Mobile surgeries are held most weeks in individual streets and constituents will be notified.
- Residential/Sheltered Accommodation Surgeries will take place in schemes around the constituency and times will be arranged with wardens.
- Youth Surgeries will be held in schools across the constituency in conjunction with Head Teachers.

- Please note that there are no formal surgeries in the month of August but the Constituency Office remains open from 9.00 am—5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Constituents can contact Helen and her staff by phone, fax, e-mail or in writing.
