    Tony Baldry calls for government to invest in UK Skills rather than relying on unskilled migrants

    Attached is a letter sent by North Oxfordshire MP Tony Baldry to business secretary Peter Mandelson following the Migration Advisory Committee's possible scheme to relax immigration laws to allow tens of thousands of unskilled workers to enter the UK to help build the Olympic sites and other infrastructure projects.

    Such projects would include the Crossrail Tunnel in London and preparations for a possible Football World Cup in 2018.
