    Ashbourne Hospital Fete

    Saturday 7th July 2007 West Derbyshire's Member of Parliament, Patrick McLoughlin, with Tina Sullivan, Acting Matron of St Oswald’s Hospital in Ashbourne. Patrick was delighted to open the annual fete.

    Progress is now being made in taking forward the scheme to redevelop the St Oswald’s and Ashbourne Health Centre sites. A site has been identified on Clifton Road, Ashbourne for a capital project to bring the Health Centre and Hospital under one roof, along with the MacLeod GP practice. The planning application for the scheme was submitted on 29th June 2007 and the Derbyshire Primary Care Trust hopes that, subject to favourable permission, work will commence on site in October 2007, with a proposed completion of 2010.
