Justice Minister Shahid Malik MP with Legal Aid Minister Lord Bach invite you to mark 60 years of legal aid
Location: Upper Waiting Hall, off the Committee Corridor, House of Commons
Time: 4pm – 5pm
The event launches our exhibition which will tour England and Wales raising awareness of legal aid. Find out more about the pivotal role legal aid has played in changing our social history and how we are confident that it will continue to do so over the next 60 years.
Ministers will be available with Legal Services Commission Chairman, Sir Bill Callaghan, and Chief Executive, Carolyn Regan from 4pm to answer questions on legal aid.
