Policy Documents
The Institute's policy work helps to shape public perceptions of management and raise the credibility of the management profession. We aim to keep management and leadership at the forefront of the public policy agenda, so that the views and needs of managers and leaders are represented at the heart of government and key agencies.
Consultation with members and relevant research underpins and informs all our contributions to government policy-making and the development of legislation.
