    Management Development

The Chartered Management Institute's Centre for Management Development provides integrated management development solutions for improving organisational performance. We offer an integrated learning programme leading to professional, academic and vocational qualifications, and have helped over 8,000 managers successfully achieve a management award in the last ten years.

Delivered in-house or on an open basis, our programmes offer a combination of supported distance learning, interactive facilitated workshops, modules of self-study and assessment through work-based assignments and projects.

We offer programmes ranging from a Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading up to Level 5 Executive Diplomas and a Stage 2 MBA.

The Institute also runs the unique Chartered Manager scheme, the ultimate benchmark for practicing professional managers. Based on evidence of continuing professional development and measurable impact, the Chartered Manager programme proves a managers' ability to make a real difference in the workplace by requiring them to demonstrate how their leadership and change management skills make an impact in their organisation.
