Conservative activists have gathered in Cardiff for the party's spring forum.
They began this morning with a session entitled 'delivering for Wales' - elections to the Welsh Assembly take place on May 5.
At 2pm the chancellor George Osborne will give a keynote speech, followed later this afternoon by communities secretary Eric Pickles.
Then, in a session called Conservative policy forum, Oliver Letwin will tell the party faithful about his plans.
At 5pm there is 'a meet the chairman' event - the party's co-chairs Sayeeda Warsi and Andrew Feldman will answer questions.
There are a handful of fringe events - full list here.
The highlights tonight are a Stonewall Cymru and LGBTory event at 7.30pm on schools and gay bullying and the consistently popular ConHome/European Azerbaijan Society drinks at 9.30pm.
There is also the spring forum dinner, described as "always a highlight of the party's social calendar".
Tomorrow the main focus will be on the PM's speech at 2pm.
Sunday morning will be dominated by the upcoming referendum on AV - William Hague and Ken Clarke will try to rally the party faithful to fight for the current system.
There will also be speeches by Michael Gove, Andrew Lansley, Iain Duncan Smith and Theresa May.
