Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has been accused of hypocrisy for allowing his party to take hundreds of thousands in donations from companies which pay only a small amount of tax in the UK.
Yesterday Clegg was fiercely critical of the Conservatives and Labour for failing to sort out party funding, accusing them of "blocking" reform to the system of party finance.
According to the Daily Telegraph, it has emerged that the party has been accepting large donations from companies which only pay a few thousand pounds of tax in the UK.
