Brent East voters head to polls
Voting has been taking place in the Brent East by-election today.
The contest is being fought to find a replacement for Paul Daisley, the Labour MP who passed away earlier this year.
Labour held the seat with a majority of 13,047 at the 2001 general election.
Before Daisley's victory the constituency was represented by Ken Livingstone, now the independent mayor of London.
There are 16 candidates contesting the North West London seat.
