Jordan hoping to find big support among voters

Her manifesto may only be bursting with two big ideas, but page three stunner Jordan is determined to get her votes out on polling day.

The celebrity model launched her election campaign on Wednesday complete with its own motto. Echoing Labour's "Things can only get better", the 23-year-old will fight for the seat of Stretford and Urmston with the slogan "For a Bigger and Betta Future".

A crowd of more than 50 potential voters waited outside Manchester United's Old Trafford ground for the model who is standing under her real name of Katie Price.

After posing for a pack of photographers, Jordan set about revealing her policies.

Her manifesto pledges free plastic surgery for all with a Europe policy of cheap package holidays paid for by the National Health Service.

She has a strong brief for foreign affairs - pledging tax cuts to anyone having an affair with a foreign footballer as well as a free season ticket to a club of their choice.

"My policies are to make things fun. The election is boring. I'm here to spice things up," the model said.

Jordan believes she is a girl with a big future in front of her and is set for a tough contest with her rivals; Beverley Hughes for Labour, Liberal Democrat John Bridges and Conservative candidate Jonathan Mackie.
