Shaw Trust is a national charity that provides training and employment services to people disadvantaged in the labour market due to disability, long term ill-health or other social circumstances. It is the leading voluntary sector provider of work-related services under the New Deal for Disabled People progamme. Established now for 21 years, Shaw Trust works in partnership with over 5000 organisations including Local Authorities, Health Trusts, Employers and Voluntary Sector groups. Through a network of over 150 projects and 1000 staff, each year the Trust works with around 15,000 people across the UK each year.
