We have several frontline services to make it easy for you to contact us and to seek advice.
- First Stop Shop. Front line service offering advice and information direct to the public on all council services based in Lynton House in Ilford Town Centre.
- Community Care Advice Centre. This the first port of call, in person, for any adult requiring care and support.
- Housing Advice Centre provides comprehensive information for visitors or phone callers on housing issues.
- Redbridge Housing Benefit Outreach Service
- Children and Families Advice Centre
- Asylum Seekers Centre for information and assistance.
- Registration Service handles births, deaths and marriages. It is advisable to telephone for an appointment before visiting.

There are also a number of Local Access Points sited in our libraries and other council offices
