GMB Talks At ACAS With British Gas Update
16 December 2005
The talks at ACAS with British Gas regarding the gas engineers’ pension fund dispute have now stalled badly. These talks are being adjourned and GMB reps are going to British Gas headquarters for a meeting with the senior directors later today. The strike action scheduled for Monday 19th December has been suspended to allow more time for talks. However industrial action short of a stoppage is scheduled to resume from 8pm on Monday and the strike action scheduled for Wednesday 21st December is still on.
