APIL - with you every step

APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) was established in 1990 by a group of lawyers working on behalf of personal injury victims and now has over 5,000 members. For 16 years APIL has campaigned on behalf of people who have been injured or become ill through no fault of their own.

The association’s current projects include the law on damages; coroners’ reform; campaigning for statutory health and safety duties for directors; streamlining the claims process; reform of the law on limitation; an educational campaign to explain the difference between an accident and negligence.
