Blunkett set for Cabinet return
David Blunkett appears set for a dramatic return to government in an early reshuffle.
The comeback follows a successful tour of key marginals by the former home secretary, who was forced to quit after it emerged he fast-tracked the visa application of his lover's nanny.
Speaking in Huddersfield, Tony Blair said: "That is one of the most special people I have ever worked with in my life and I want to see him back where he belongs as soon as possible."
