Law firms told to end Oxbridge bias

London's City law firms need to eliminate discrimination in favour of Oxbridge graduates, constitutional affairs minister David Lammy said yesterday.

A paper published by the Department for Constitutional Affairs revealed that Oxbridge law graduates are 16 times more likely to find jobs in City law firms than those from new universities.
