Terror laws 'targeting wrong suspects'
A new study claims the police are arresting the wrong people under anti-terrorist legislation.
A report by the Institute of Race Relations has found that most of those convicted under the new laws in the last three years are non-Muslim, but most of those arrested are Muslim.
The group accuses the police of "excessive and discriminatory use of arrest powers".
