Tories expel paedophile
A Conservative councillor in Michael Howard’s constituency was exposed yesterday as a paedophile and violent career criminal with 65 convictions.
Robert Richdale, 54, was described in campaign literature in the Folkestone East ward as a "family man" with a "compassionate personality".
