Ministers barred from 'no' campaign
Ministers will not be allowed to campaign against the EU constitution in any referendum campaign, Tony Blair has confirmed.
In a letter to veteran Labour politician Tony Benn, the prime minister said it would be "peculiar" for ministers to campaign against government policy.
Meanwhile, writing in the Telegraph, foreign secretary Jack Straw calls on his Cabinet colleagues to "get out and start winning the argument".
