Lib Dems target Labour marginals
The Liberal Democrats are focusing their general election strategy on taking more seats from Labour.
A confidential paper by the party's chief executive Lord Rennard tells MPs that in next month's elections they can win 13 seats in the European Parliament as Labour's vote falls in the North of England.
