Labour peers prepare Lords reform plans
Labour peers are drawing up their own plans for reforming the House of Lords.
A ballot has being arranged among them to choose seven members to represent them on a committee that will develop their proposals.
Sixteen peers are standing in the election, from which ministers and whips were specifically excluded and which closes on April 20, the day after parliament returns from the Easter recess.
