Talks planned on Ulster truth commission
The government is reported to be planning to hold talks on establishing a truth commission for Ulster.
Northern Ireland secretary Paul Murphy is considering how to structure a possible commission to deal with the 1,800 unsolved murders and the legacy of violence which saw the deaths of more than 3,600 people.
