New probes into Ulster killings
Following the Cory report the government has announced it is to establish three inquiries into controversial Ulster killings.
Probes are to be established into the deaths of Billy Wright, Robert Hamill and Rosemary Nelson.
A fourth inquiry, into the death of Pat Finucane, will be set up at a later date.
The Mail suggests the inquiries could cost up to £250 million.
Peter Cory alleged that sections of MI5 were aware of the plot to kill Finucane.
The Canadian judge concluded that "sections of the security forces in Northern Ireland saw themselves as above the law" claims the Guardian.
