Leading doctors have warned that Britain is heading for serious health problems unless more is done to stem the rise in obesity.

A report by the Royal College of Physicians, the Faculty of Public Health and the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health called for sweeping changes in diet, behaviour and education.
