Howard pledges tough asylum policy
Tory leader Michael Howard has pledged to get "tough" by removing benefit from asylum seekers.
He said the move would free up enough cash to fund 5,000 additional police officers.
Today's Express claims that an "immigrant backlash" is turning into "a vote winner" for the Tories.
