Devolved administrations cost £650m
The Telegraph reports that the running costs of Britain's devolved administrations total around £650 million a year.
And the figure rises to around £1 billion if the UK's share of EU running costs are included.
"The bloated bureaucracies of Scotland, Wales, London and Brussels are testament to the predisposition of such bodies to expand at the taxpayers' expense," says the paper.
