Congestion charge firm criticised

Capita, the company responsible for running London's congestion charge, has been heavily criticised by transport commissioner Bob Kiley for the way in which it deals with customers.

It comes as mayor Ken Livingstone is considering raising the fine for non-payment of the charge from £80 to £100 in an attempt to generate greater income from the scheme.
