The forthcoming review of the BBC's 10-year charter will focus on the switch from analogue to digital services, the culture secretary has confirmed. Speaking at a media conference yesterday, Tessa Jowell argued that the review would reflect the role played by the corporation in promoting the digital transition planned for 2010.
