Reverend Ian Paisley, leader of the Democratic Unionist Party, met with Bertie Ahern, the Irish prime minister, for the first time in London yesterday in a bid to re-start the Ulster devolution process.After the talks Paisley said: "I believe it was a good beginning. We must now face up to the big issue, to get the guns out of the hands of the terrorists."
