Ministers make money laundering switch
Thousands of companies are to be forced to comply with new money-laundering regulations within the next three months.
In a change to draft legislation that comes into effect in March, ministers want companies involved in provision of "services in relation to the formation, operation or management of a company or a trust" to appoint money-laundering advisers and train staff to identify and report suspicious activity.
