The Holyrood inquiry continues this week, with the focus shifting to the decision to grant the building contract to Bovis.

Inquiry chief Lord Fraser will want to know why the contract was not awarded to the lowest bidder - building firm Sir Robert McAlpine.

He will also seek to uncover whether Donald Dewar pushed the project forward in the absence of proper cost controls.
